Job Description

As Sommelier, you will join a committed F&B team, over 17 varied venues, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ F&B experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active international environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with their wine selection and serve wines/drinks according to the SOP, while proving friendly and professional service.
• Ensure that the proper mise-en-place is prepared for each meal service and served at the correct temperature
• Incarge of the Wine cellar as wine master
• Train F&B staff
• Organize, supervise and assist with the service of beverages

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Luxury Hotel or fine dining restaurants with good selection of wines
• Internationally recognized professional certification such as WSET (Level 1 or 2), CMS or other Certificated Sommeliers Courses
• Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, & Outlook.
• Deep wine and food knowledge and expertise
